A satisfactory response to Mr. Todd's letters is not received. The first six letters were replied to by Mr. Gedge and said, in effect, "trust us". No replies were ever received to the last eight letters. Mr Todd has, we remind you, over 40 years experience in the field of traffic engineering and planning.
